Words of Radiance

Words of Radiance is one of my favorite books ever. I can't recall ever being bored while reading all 1,000 pages.

I didn't have a problem with Kaladin being emo. It seemed appropriate for his character. Look at all he's been through. I'd like to see anyone who could go through all that and not have some issues.

One of my favorite things about the book was how much Shallan developed as a character. In the first book, I occasionally found her sections tedious. In the second, I loved her character.

I'm excited to read the next one, though I have no issue with Sanderson writing some other projects to recharge. I love all his work.

Like @ratsy I reread Way of Kings before starting on Words of Radiance, half way through part one and I love this series.

Recently I found myself struggling to get into books. This series has reignited my interest and when I sat and thought about its the characters, I care about them. I've read a number of books that I don't connect with the characters wither it's hate or love I found I didn't really care about them.
Dalinar is by far my favourite, I feel dread that he will not survive.
Kaladin, annoys me.
Shallan, I want to shake.
I don't think we have seen the last of Jasnah.

He does like the letter A. And L. And N.

Maybe that's one reason I keep forgetting the names, they are quite similar. [That's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it].
