Following along in the Tickety Boo staple, the "Tales from Beyond the Veil," series.

I can announce the second book, following on from Malevolence.

Death Won't be Cheated Guidelines:

1 to 5K

Can be horror, zombies, the undead, ghosts, haunted houses, the supernatural or an unusual take on death. Also there must be the beyond the veil element to the story. Any queries run your idea past me.:)

The cover is brilliant (I like Crows or is that a Raven?...both very clever animals):)

one thing, is it me being dim, or are the details not quite up at ticketyboo yet?

and you have any idea how long you'll be running submissions for on this one? need to know where to put it on my to-do list

I always tend to start a release on Chrons, then the website, then Facebook, Twitter etc.

I find I can get more interest like that than blitzing it everywhere in one hit. I'm quirky like that you know.

Deadline is 31st August.
 
Humbug! I have an absolutely perfect storyline for this, but I'm writing it for something else.

By the way, I am not going to do this but am curious about the answer, as the nun said to the schoolboy: if someone wanted to write a part 2 to their Malevolence story, would that be acceptable, or not, or would it depend on a case-by-case basis?

And, whilst I'm annoying you with questions, any ETA for ayes and nays for Aliens and Magic, Metal and Steam?
 
All these things that I need to be writing.

Does anyone have access to some sort of device that will stop time for a day/week/month or two?

I am about to start reading all Aliens submissions. I have been saving so I have enough to make a book or novella,maybe.:)

On Magic, it is still early days.

That is a cool idea. I'm looking forward to working on this one.

Gary, since you are reading the Alien ones soon, do you know when Submissions might close on that one? I have something in the works and I don't want to miss on subbing it.
 
As with Malevolence I think we have to try and pay attention to the title so "Death Won't be Cheated, could be a load of differing ideas but, as always, the story must have the "Tales from Beyond the Veil," bit.

And don't forget it can be horror this time, or zomby sexy pilots, or an apocalyptic setting.

I have tried to broaden the idea. Remember though, reading is entertainment so come on entertain me! :)
