Yes I know it's a surprise but these things happen in the 21st century. I mean we are all modern and grown up now, aren't we? :)

Apparently I'm having a trilogy and the first one is called Abendau's Child. In the absence of a midwife, Molly Ker Hawn from the Bent Agency watched over the proceedings. It was pretty painless, thankfully!

So a hearty congratulations to Springs, aka Jo Zebedee. She so deserves it! Abendau's Child will be followed by Sunset over Abendau and Abendau's Legacy.

First book out in the Autumn 2014.

Time for a lie down now :) Be patient with me as I could be hormonal for a bit - it's a mother thing!

This is fantastic news Perp that a prestigious agency and one of their top agents has the confidence in Tickety Boo to deliver.

Congrats to all our authors, and particularly our editors - Jeff, Teresa and Chris for their efforts so far. :)

And hearty congrats to Jo. She's amazing and if anyone deseves success, it is her.

Right, can breathe enough to reply! Massively exciting. I'm so looking forward to working with Teresa and Jeff again, and with Gary. (And Chrispy! Boy, will I be checking the apostrophes... ;)) Sorry about the stretch marks...

I'm sure they will all support you, Jo and spookily they can take some of the credit but sadly none of the cash!:p

Maybe we should make them Godparents instead?
