Space Fans gain control of ISEE-3 Spacecraft

Using crowd sourcing, a group of Science fans have revived parts of the ISEE-3 Spacecraft and are attempting use the instrumentation to conduct more science studies. It's an interesting approach and it may be used on other "abandoned" spacecraft/satellites.
