Of the racy variety. I need names for them.

So far I have Gertie Garter and Bloomer Marvellous. I did have Knickerbocker Gloria but have discovered knickerbocker glories came much later so she's been given the sack. Auditions are now occurring for her replacement and all recommendation welcome.

You mean Mannequins?
(They only became dummies later, like computers, mannequins were people).
Read some early P.G. Wodehouse. It's contemporary.

(* It's on Gutenberg, the stuff you need)

No I mean those that appeared in mucky photos. I don't know if the names were real or the men in my family made them up. As the site is PG13 I was trying to avoid calling them porn stars or clergyman's daughter.

I've also added Barbara Bubbie, Coco Nuts and Tilly Mint.

Edwardian pornography was the basis of one of my stories and now its crept into my sit-com so I need a few.

Um, The French and Germans had photos and paintings as postcards* of what you want. Sometimes they appear in eBay searches when I'm looking for 1920s radio adverts and postcards. They have names on them. No-idea how you'd really search for them. Sometimes too in 1920s to 1950s German batteries and Radio adverts would have these sort of girls on them.
Decadent Continentals. It's more suggestive than very explicit, but a higher degree of wardrobe malfunction than allowed on US TV.
Try maybe vintage postcards (in French) on ebay.fr and the same in German on ebay.de and you may get names.
After 1945 Philips in Netherlands called portable radios after kinds of boats (in Dutch). The same Radios in Germany had French like Girls names. (Yes I know 40 years later ... but still) Some are real ...
Evette
Babette
Annette
Colette
Dorette
Georgette
Fanette
Nicolette

Possibly
Jeanette
Antoinette
Fleurette
Henriette
Lisette
Mariette
Nanette

(*Not at all like the rude UK Saucy Cartoon "sexy" Bamford photos)

The English had porn. I'm looking for silly names. I've seen my grandad's mucky box ;) Whether they had silly names or he gave them silly names I do not know but their names were written on the back. I'm looking for silly rather than historical. Along the lines of the examples I've come up with.

Sounds like a rubbish name anyway ;) Although if I ever do an Edwardian porn model agency I may call it Pick a Woman Models.

the french postcards from 1905 to 1925 were produced largely in a studio by jean angelou
these were mainly photographs of 'horizontal women' as the 'comfort' women of paris were known as upon the police registers.
the prostitutes used these postcards much as we would business cards. the name and place of residence or office was on the back of the card.
there were three famous "Fernande" 's that were photographed by J.A. studios. -miss fernande- fernande oliver (picasso's reputed lover) and the courtesan of a famous artist, fernande barrey.
another name for the french harem, was luna girl, some had nicknames like les cherries, or petit margot
other names i found were berry mary, and daily dolly.
there was a famous london brothel run by a madame of the name Mrs F.A.Tasse
however in the hidden world of rent boys and telegraph boys,
common names were molly, mary-ann, margery, and miss evaline, as well as the more expected nancy and pansy.
i have found out though that these were common sobriquets for female brothel workers before being transferred to use as a description for male sex workers.

an interesting thing is that some of the french postcards of 'women' were in fact of male transvestites. these can be discerned by the retouching of the adams apple to blend it into the photo, and the fact that they are generally more dressed.
another thing... many cities had a directory of prostitutes and brothels.
this was a blue book usually in the united states.

it is useful to know that before the age of consentual sex in england was raised to the age of sixteen, congress between men had no legal repercussions.
so the criminalization of homosexuality was really only an eyeblink upon the legal stage.

In England alone it was punishable by hanging between the time of Henry VIII and 1861 when it became no longer a capital offense, but continued to be punishable by life imprisonment. I wouldn't call that an eye-blink on the legal stage.

But Anya is only interested in the women who posed for these cards, isn't she?

i changed that part now. sorry. the reason i mentioned the male names as i said , they were first used for women.

Well after, <cough, cough> extensive internet research...

I did find archives of Edwardian naughty postcards and pictures. Particularly a section of risque photos of scantily clad women which is what I think you were wanting. Unfortunately they did not have any names attached to them though, so no luck there.

(as an aside I did find a 1910 Health and Beauty tips book - possibly not really useful as not racy in the slightest - but I'll post the address in case you are interested:

I did find a pornographic comic opera published in 1872. Seems that quite a lot of late Victorian/Edwardian pornography was interested in flagellation. It's possibly a bit older than you are really going for though.

I haven't read the thing, so I have no idea if its appropriate to post the link - if you'd like to see the original, just reply and I'll post the link (It's just another book in the same archive as the health and beauty book above, not some grubby website :))

But I will mention the female 'persons of the drama' that might spur you onto constructing other names:

Lady Bumtickler
Duchess of Picklerod
Lady Belinda Flaybum
Lady Harriet Tickletail
Countess of Greenbirch
Lady Maria Castigate
Miss Telltale
Miss Tomboy
Miss Spitfire
Miss Loverod
Miss Scratchcat
Miss Rantipole (had to look that one up - means characterized by a wild unruly manner or attitude)
