How often has the Doctor killed?

I was wondering just how often the doctor has killed somebody himself ?

In "Day of the Daleks" the Doctor kills a Ogron during the attack on the Stately home

Spoiler for Death in Heaven, Peter Capaldi:
In Death in Heaven he kills Missy / Mater (or has he ?? as Missy consciousness will be up loaded into the digital clone consciousness.).

I can't think of another times the Doctor has killed any one

Probably would have been a good idea to spoiler tag the events of this season's finale there!

I'm sure he has, certainly when it comes to Daleks, especially during the Time War.. and I'm sure there's been plenty of other cases along the years.

He didn't kill Missy (though may well have been about to), it was Cyber Brigadier doing it so the Doctor didn't have to.

There was that horrible trader bloke in the Dinosaurs on a Spaceship episode. I can't remember exactly but I think the Doctor leaves him on an exploding ship.

There's also the ambiguous first episode of this current series -- did the robot jump or was he pushed?[/spoiler]

Leaving people to their fate feels like a bit of a motif for Who, I'm thinking
 
He generally does leave people to their fate, or rescues the ones who deserve it.

The Doctor never carries a weapon (the sonic screwdriver which has been - perhaps - over endowed with new powers since the re-vamp hardly counts), and rarely uses violence of any kind - often chiding assistants who do either, but it's feasible that he could kill if driven to it.

It would have to take extreme provocation from a character beyond redemption, though.

also forgot about in "The Two Doctors " - The Sixth Doctor kills Shockeye with a cyanide-soaked handkerchief,- so that way very personal
Did the Doctor just leave fate the whole planet to themselves when hit by sun activity, in "Time Hist" ?
