From wiki:
The team arrive at The Hub, Agent Victoria Hand assigns Ward and Fitz to head to South Ossetia and disable a weapon called "the Overkill Device". Skye and Simmons try to find out more information about the mission, which has been classified as Level 8. Simmons tranquilizes Agent Jasper Sitwell who catches her hacking into Level 8 files. Skye learns that there is no extraction team for Ward and Fitz, and informs Coulson who takes his team to rescue Ward and Fitz , who are successful in their mission. Coulson discovers that the person who brought Skye to the orphanage was an unidentified S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. However, Coulson does not tell her the full truth about the file and asks May to discreetly investigate further. Coulson is later denied access to information about his recuperation in Tahiti, despite his Level 8 clearance.

Another A-Team episode, with Fitz acting feckless on an undercover mission, and rescued through the friendliest-family viewing means - ie, using plane thrusters to knock down bad guys with guns, rather than kills them.
Still, an interesting - if somewhat sinister - continuation of trust issues with SHIELD, probably as part of a development to connect with the HYDRA plot of Captain America 2.
