Enjoyed Zed exploring the house. They nailed the atmosphere of the creepy convent. Nice to see Jose Pablo Cantillo who played Martinez in The Walking Dead show up as Hugo. I like how Annie called John on his ruse even name dropping Gary Lester. I thought the Invuche at the end looked pretty good. Great cliffhangers.

This was a CRACKING episode!

Love that:

• Zed's past has caught up with her.
• John's past still has its hooks in him.
• It's now very clear to viewers not familiar with Hellblazer that John really is a "big picture" dude willing to make very tough choices for the greater good.
• Love how he had the tables turned on him for the greater good by Anne-Marie.
  
• The dual cliffhangers are really upping the ante!

Anne-Marie's move at the end was surprising. Zed is still so much of an unknown, it'll take a lot to unravel her story. Cant wait until next week.

This was a good one for sure, John's sense of hopelessness upon seeing the creature was clear, before Ann-Marie shot him to secure her/baby's escape!

Zed forgot the golden rule, don't go out or the house can't protect you! Presuming the house defences get deactivated when she went out as they didn't help much when she was followed back. The doorway to nowhere was a nice touch!

Is anyone else on tenterhooks as to how John is going to get out of the pickle he's in? Constantine is only coming back on 16 January 2015.

Less than 3 weeks, this is one of many shows I can't wait for to get back from the midseason hiatus.

Oh, that was a good one.

Great cliffhanger - and, oh, great reveal who Zed is - if based on the Hellblazer storyline it looks like it's using. If so, this is going to be a cracking series. Even more if they pull out Corrigan to help.
