I am currently having stock of all our books printed in the US and shipped to the Dusty Zebra who is also in the US. She has been appointed Tickety Boo US Logistics Manager. 
This makes it so much easier and alot cheaper for US readers.
Postage for one book will be £1.80 which is more or less in line with the UK. It was £5.10
