Bronze Yohn Royce

Anyone else think that maybe if Lord Royce has fight The Others, his bronze armour might prove impervious to the Others' swords?

Depends if those runes are relics of the First Men or relics of the children of the forest. If the later it might provide a measure of protection against something. The First Men themselves do no seem to posess magic of their own, safe the ones they inherited through their interaction with the children so far.

just wanted to point out that the sword of the morning was a man, Dawn is the name of the blade.
