Keeping track of items using scrivener?

I've found scrivener so useful but I am unsure if there is a way to track where items are, or who has them?

I have set up keywords for important items, but can't see a way of adding more detail.

How do you do it?

I track various things in different places. Like character names and details in scrivenings in various folders below the manuscript folder. Locations and various other research stuff goes there too. So for characters I have bits of text with histories and descriptions and the like. You could keep track of items in a scrivening there. Or you could track that in the document notes to the right of your scrivenings. Then go through each scene and gather up those notes into a separate scrivening.

Block caps in the scene/chapter title like this

Disaster [J has SWORD] - Blah blah blah blah.
Reprieve! [K takes SWORD, loses AXE] - Blah blah blah blah.

Thanks, I hadn't though of doing a separate page on just items location, or using the notes/ chapter titles.
