John Snow would have become a prices and heir o the throne and probably would been a good king , he would have also likely had Youngers brother and sisters as well and would have married and had heir of his own. Robert would been have bitter at losing Lyanna but he would accepted it and stayed loyal to the crown I think it likely h'd e end marrying Caitlyn instead of Eddard who becomes e rangers at the Wall because his bother didn't die, huge changes there .:)
