New Agents of SHIELD spinoff series coming

..a spinoff is being developed by SHIELD executive producer Jeffrey Bell (Angel, The X-Files) and SHIELD writer Paul Zbyszewski (Lost, Hawaii Five-0).

Not sure I buy the 60% renewal odds for Agent Carter (which I figured more at 50/50) and if it doesn't get renewed - or even if it does, but only grudgingly - I wonder why they'd try another. And I don't like the idea of taking your eye off the ball too much. I'd hate for the main show to suffer as attention was given to the spinoff.

But if they can keep the quality going in the main one, then it's no problem and, while I was much less happy with AC by the end than I thought I would be after its fantastic beginning, it was still okay and I'd give another a try.
