I've more or less finished Sir Edric's Kingdom, so the time has come to find another beta reader or two.
It's a fantasy-comedy set in a fictional world, following the adventures of the least heroic man in fantasy: Sir Edric, the Hero of Hornska. The tone is generally silly and Sir Edric's quite sarcastic. A good indicator of the general approach would be the critique pieces I put up [start of Temple and a very solemn religious short story respectively]:

If you've read Temple or not, either's fine, happy to have a fresh eye or someone who knows what happened in Temple. Although part of The Adventures of Sir Edric, I'm writing them so they can be read in whatever order.
Unlike the first two Adventures, this one's full-sized, at around 82,000 words.
Still need to iron out some bumps, but it should be ready to send out in the next couple of days. If you're interested, you can either 'start a conversation' or reply to this thread. If you've got any questions, feel free to ask.
