Also reliability and redundancy of data connection. The last place I worked with had massive datacentre. It had dual back up UPS, generators, two fibre routes and final emergency backup very high speed microwave link on roof.

This is also very old news. About a year old for this operation.

It's not a cost effective way to build a data centre. You can heat offices this way, I saw a decommissioned data centre in Switzerland that heated offices this way 20 or 30 years ago. Piping the heat to nearby office blocks makes sense. This domestic solution never going to make sense.
