The art looks great - but was there not any concern about Jordan fans rebelling against the prequels possibly making the sales audience a little limited.

I'm happy that you like the art, I,Brian my friend :) So far every single Jordan fans who have seen the pages so far love what they see and have only shown interest in picking up the adaptations when it comes out in July. As a Robert Jordan fan myself, I'm impressed by the adaptation. I've seen two issues of the most beautiful artwork and I'm left speechless ;)

Wow that does look great. Do they plan to do the rest of the series after New Spring? Also, I read an interesting tidbit from one of those posts that read:
"Red Eagle has obtained the rights to put out The Wheel of Time movies, starting with The Eye of the World and they want, as we do, to bring the story to life visually." So I wonder how soon we'll see a WoT movie in the theaters.

What about the Woodboy? When is that due out? Beautiful artwork by the way. Also is there to be more Hedge Knight? Sorry about all the questions. :)

Neon, my friend you haven't seen nothing yet ;) As long as New Spring is a success we will be able to move forward with the rest of the series. Yes, it is true Red Eagle has obtained the rights for the movie. I'm not sure how long it will take to put everything together, my friend. But once the movie comes out, I will definitely be watching it!

Lacedaemonian, my friend, the Woodboy is supposed to come out May 11th, but I will check with Image our publisher to be sure that they are on schedule. Thanks, I'm happy that you like the artwork. Yes, the Sworn Sword will come out next after the Hedge Knight. No, my friend, don't be sorry, these are all very good questions. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you have more :)

Khan, it sounds as if you are part of the group working to put New Spring out? If so I'd be interested to hear some of the details in how exactly you folks put together the book, difficulties, or whatever other experiences you could share.

Neon, my friend I'm the editor of the New Spring adaptation. I work directly with the art team, Robert Jordan as well as the Thematic Consultants in order to ensure that the adaption captures Mr. Jordan's vision. Well, one of the thing that I encounter is that there are a lot of changes, not only in the actual drawings but in the colors as well. Whatever changes that Mr. Jordan wants, I make sure that it gets done. I've seen all of the pages as they come and I'm blown away by the beauty of the book, it's AWESOME! :D
