Any member of the Chrons can cast a vote, even if they didn't submit a story -- in fact, we encourage everyone to vote. Oh, and you don't have to have entered a story to have a go at guessing, either!
Each member may cast ONE vote only.
You may not vote for yourself (of course, despite the japes about Victoria voting for herself on the last Challenge, we know she and all you other Chronners are built from stronger moral fibre than that - but we still have to say it
