Gone by Eastercon but if you have time in Manchester before Dec 20 this looks worth a visit. The British Library 'did' the Gothic last year but this looks different and the The John Rylands Library is a Victorian Gothic, 1890's, design. So the exhibition should feel at home.
"Alongside the exhibition, experience a ghostly Gothic tour of the Library or come along to screenings of classic Gothic films, including FW Murnau’s Nosferatu, in the striking Historic Reading Room."

I went to the Darkness and Light: Exploring the Gothic an exhibition in Manchester's Victorian Gothic John Rylands Library Tuesday and it is very small. Beautiful building, well worth a look but the exhibition does not really justify a 200 mile trek unless you have other reasons for that journey. It is not at all like the, relatively, recent British Library Exhibition.
