The General Submission window is also still open. There is still time to submit a story for November/December general submissions. All published general submissions are eligible for Story of the Year Award. The winning author receives a cash prize of £100 GBP.

General submissions are still open. Although you'll need to be quick if you want to be considered for the December publication. General submissions are 1k and pay £30 compared to 1.5k and £45 for specials.

Stories published on the 1st of the month (i.e. from the general subs) are eligible for the story of the year vote and a £100 prize for the winner. Whereas specials are not eligible for the vote/prize.
