What Director Would you Like to see Do A Snow Crash film ?

Alex Proyas, Ridley Scott , Steven Speilberg James Cameron , James Gunn , Peter Jackson.. Who would be your ideal director on such a project? An who would you like to see star in it?

George Miller is my director of choice. His somewhat unorthodox style and eye for visuals would go very well with this particular world, IMHO. The kind of "jumpy" feeling of some of the scenes in Fury Road immediately made me think of Snow Crash, with its bizarre, hyperkinetic atmosphere. Plus he does fantastic car chases and that's really good for the opening and the climax.

As far as actors go ... I'd prefer no-name newbies for the roles, but I tend to lean that way a lot with my favored novels. For a while, I wanted Jason Momoa to be Raven, but now that he's going to be Aquaman, I kind of feel that would be typecasting.
