Name the movie?

I only have a memory of a few fragmented scenes. It's an old B&W SF movie. There were some aliens hanging around Earth that were shaped like 5-pointed starfish. They had some way of disguising themselves as human, but they had superhuman strength. I remember a tennis match scene where a woman/starfish made an impossible leap.

That's all I have. I'm not even sure I watched the whole movie. Actually, I'm not even sure it was a movie. Could have been an Outer Limits episode for all I know.
