Piers Blofeld, one of the literary agents at Sheil Land Associates, posted a handful of videos to YouTube to provide more information on the process of getting an agent, what an agency does, what happens in publishing - and perhaps a somewhat infamous video rejecting queries "live".

These were all pretty interesting: but I think I'd agree with one of those commenting that the rejection live really only teaches three things.

Be concise.
Demonstrate control over your story.
Sell the story not yourself.

I wouldn't call those "only." They are probably the three most important things to know when writing a query.
