I saw this linked from someone's Facebook, and the expanded version of this piece is utterly brilliant. Each item is richly and entertainingly explained.
 
Chuck Wendig's two writing advice books are just brilliant all round. Plus he's friends with Kevin Hearne and they both have Star Wars books out...so there's that!
