For me, the premature departure of Talia and what was supposed to originally happen to her has always been a great mystery.
Anyone know what the above quote was eventually meant to signify?

It's from the episode Deathwalker in season 1. Talia is negotiating a deal between Kosh and a man, and they spend the entire time saying random phrases. He turns out to be an android who's been recording her thoughts and gives a data crystal to Kosh. When Talia asks what's in it that quote is Kosh's reply.
Garibaldi later has a flashback to this scene after she is unmasked and says "hey I need to check on something!". And that's the last we ever hear about it...

Originally this was Kosh's method to rebuild her mind after she was exposed as a sleeper agent by Lyta. But the actress left the show before that story could be implemented

That makes a lot of sense, and it's a pity Andrea Thompson left the show before finishing her story properly.

I prefer Lyta but I liked her character. Also she's the only teep to develop telikinesis, which probably wasn't something the psi-corps was supposed to get their hands on.
