hi I'm a fan of Clive Barker's prose work and have been for years and I'd like to get into his comic stuff but I have no idea where to start? Any ideas or reconditions would be much appreciated.

There are more than a few adaptations, not all are good and i haven't read all
I could recommend Clive Barker Omnibus (2011) drawn by Gabriel Rodriguez
Clive Barker Omnibus (2011) TPB - Comic Book DB
There is a Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Collected Best (2002) drawn by Alex Ross, and 2 more volumes after that, i wouldn't say it's top-noch adaptation
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Collected Best (2002) TPB vol. 01 - Comic Book DB

If you are a horror fan, why not trying to sample Locke & Key, it's an excellent comic

If you're a horror fan I'd definitely recommend Wytches by Scott Snyder. There's also American Vampire and Severed by him too.

I own the Les Edwards adaptation of "Rawhead Rex". It’s staggeringly grisly. Rawhead himself looks like a cross between a Lord of the Rings troll and, er, a mushroom with prominent veins. Edwards’ art style is quite realistic and doesn’t look very comic-book, which makes the events even weirder. It’s probably not a very innovative comic but it definitely works. The volume I’ve got also includes a solid but unexciting adaptation of "Twilight at the Towers", also from the Books of Blood, by someone called (I think) Hector Ramirez.
