1) Full fat milk based yoghurt with no fruit or added sweetener?
OR
2) Low fat yoghurt with added sugar and/or fruit?

The sugar conspiracy | Ian Leslie

There is also a good New York Times article about a Coca-Cola Executive that had a "Damascus road" moment in Mexico.

Note that replacing sugar with low calorie sweeteners, artificial or natural can upset your metabolism.

There is a massive rise in type II diabetes since 1980s. Why?

thing is I always go for the full fat yoghurt... I don't like the taste of the low fat (ie added sugar) ones (though I do like mine to be fruity).

IMO (as a sugar addict) sugar is probably the bane of modern food and the sooner we can get rid of all added, where it's not meant to be, the better :(

The "low fat" yoghurts are actually more fattening. There were several articles last year.
What is needed is less sweet things. Not artificially sweet. I wondered why tonic water didn't seem as bitter as I remembered it. It had 25g sugar per 100g.

Can't stand yogurt. Never touch it. Wouldn't. Not allergic, just don't like it. Don't like tomatoes nuther. Asparagus makes me ill, all pasta is bad news.
No pickles, onions, relish, mustard, ketchup, ranch dressings or secret sauces are edible here. Plain, lettuce and cheese only please. Anchovies were invented in hell I reckon. But I feel healthy, some days, kind of, if I gets enough sugar.
