Books Similar to 'Gone'- Michael Grant

So I was wondering if anyone knew of any books similar to those in Michael Grant's book series 'Gone'. I'm looking for a book which contains a relationship between two teens preferably with a sort of thriller theme. A specific request I know but if anyone knows of any books similar to the Gone series it would be great!

It's been a while since I read that series. It's more of an urban thriller, so I would recommend Percy Jackson/Harry Potter. The Lord of the Flies is also kind of similar in terms of character ages. The dystopian theme links well with The Hunger Games and Divergent series. The Dorothy Must Die series is set in Oz but it has similar themes to the Gone series.
