The best tour of the International Space Station

Real spaceships and space stations are more like WWII submarines with 21st C nuclear sub tech (The subs today can probably stay cut off from air, food and fuel for a year).
Watch "Das Boot". They used actual size set with no "cutouts" very claustrophobic.
I once had a tour of a conventional UK navy sub (in harbour) and also a UK aircraft carrier. Even the aircraft carrier was very cramped apart from hangers.

(Edit: I can't watch the video but I have the official education pack)

I researched submarines for writing science fiction.
Good, I think everyone should, for space stuff and long voyages.
Also somehow medieval travel times between continents seems appropriate for starship travel times unless it's space opera. If you have no "true" starship*, then stellar travel times need generations or hibernation / suspended animation.

[* real starships would need distortions in space-time as the speed of light can't be broken. There are a number of hypothetical ways, though if not carefully thought out for a story they break causality instead of light speed]
