A lot happens in this episode. It sets up the rest of the Season, since Cole looks to be spending a lot of time in Room 607 - from 1944 right up until he buys that can of Tab. The 2044 timeline has been changed but we don't yet know by how much - if Jones has an husband she doesn't recognise then quite a lot. I also don't know what's happening with Jennifer now, or Ramse. This cannot be Jennifer written out, because she has some kind of connection to Time. Her madness is some kind of gift. Her visions and voices are alternative timelines. She knew the actual room number, it wasn't some random prime number she chose.
