The Spectral Book of Horror Stories 3 is now open to submissions and will be edited by Joseph Rubas. Submissions are by invitation only, but he will be accepting a limited number queries at jrubas91@yahoo.com.
He is looking for stories between 1000 and 5000 words. Priority will be given to works set in the present day and to works that are quiet, dreadful, and suspenseful. No good story will go unconsidered, however. Queries must include:
