Book about how humanity leaves earth and heads out for space only a couple thousand leave for space and about 10,000 years later they have a much bigger population and come back to an alien planet earth. That is as much as I can remember of the synopsis I saw it a while back but couldn't get it I can't remember the title but if anyone is able to realize the book through my choppy synopsis I would appreciate it and it's pretty new book maybe 2 years old. If you cannot figure out the book the book I would appreciate recommendations.

Thanks for you response but it's not that book. I don't know if this helps but the cover was blue or some sort of type of blue.
