a quick question here - has anyone read her literary offerings and how do they compare to DG's?

I know that she completed the Troy triology of DG's death and I quite enjoyed that but can't help thinking (probably unfairly) that it was 'just' completing his work....

Just checked and noticed a sequel for The City came out a few months ago - The Immortal Throne:

Am afraid I've not read anything by her at present.

I picked up The City cheaply, but I haven't got round to reading it yet, so I'll have to report back as and when. But I've not read a lot of his work, and the odd thing I've looked at I wasn't over-impressed by, so I won't be able to make a comparison between the two.

I'm also yet to read The Immortal Throne but The City was a real treat. I'd say it was like David's work in terms of writing style but not like his work in terms of the Characters and the manner of story telling.
