Looking for 50s or 60s SIFI Book, Mars, Black ships, Moons are hollow spaceships

Looking for a 50s or 60s SIFI book that I read in the late 60s. Plot: Humans finally reach mars and find the remains of an old civilization. Next a fleet of black ships is detected approaching the solar system. Our hero? discovers that the moons are hollow spaceships from another system fleeing the black fleet. Eventually finds out that the fleet is the martians coming home.
