Divine Objects

Hello once again everyone,
Today i m writing this post because I have a few objects in my current WIP which I suppose you could consider "Divine" in terms of loose terminology (they aren't literally divine but they could be considered as objects of divine power). The objects I speak of are (as I'm naming them) called "The Celestial Spheres". Now each one (there being eight in total) are, as I mentioned above, objects of divine / immense power.
They are as follows:

The Celestial Sphere of Life / The Soul Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of life. Can be used to bring loved ones back from the dead (with no I'll side effects), stop a person from dying, it can increase or speed up the evolutionary process in a person or persons, and last but not least, it can also create life (not literally, but I terms of roughly making a women pregnant without first having intercourse with any man - miracle birth).

The Celestial Sphere of Death / The Mortis Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of death. Can be used to instantly (or slowly) drain the life force from someone and kill them (or a lot more people than just one at a time - nigh-universal scale), it can erase people from existence (no matter when or where in there timeline but a date and place can be selected if the user wishes), it can decrease or degenerate the evolutionary process in a person or persons, and it can bring people back from the dead (however side effects do occur - like becoming a vampire or a wraith/"ghost", etc).

The Celestial Sphere of Energy / The Energon Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of energy. Can be used to create, destroy, disperse, collect any and all forms of energy (however, if the user wants a specific type of energy they will have to think of it as they use the sphere), it can power up or shut off any and all devices and technologies. It can even give the user or others "abilities" (commonly referred to as "superpowers"). It can also absorb energy to store within itself and absorb even the life force energy of being (but it cannot kill them, only severely weaken them).

The Celestial Sphere of Reality / The Discord Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of reality. Can be used to change, create or even break the rules of physics, it can create any form of object of "thing" the user desires (however, it cannot give life to a "construct" as that requires the Soul Sphere) at of nothing. It can create, destroy, strengthen and weaken the electromagnetic field around any and all matter in existence. It can also change/alter any physical aspect of the universe and any and all forms in it.

The Celestial Sphere of Time / The Chrono Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of time. It can speed up, slow down, start, stop and even reverse time (the user is protected from all events in the time stream by a protective "bubble" that they exist in when manipulating time in any way, shape or form). It can also create or remove any and all timelines, alternate, parallel or otherwise.

The Celestial Sphere of Space / The Astro Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of space. It can create, remove, expand or shrink any and all areas of space. It can open and close wormholes (or "doors to the other end of space"). It can create or destroy planets, stars, black holes, supernovas, etc. It can strength or weaken gravitational fields, orbits, etc. It can also be used to communicate with anyone and everyone in the universe.

The Celestial Sphere of Psyche / The Mind Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of the mind or the "Psyche". It can control or relinquish control of every mind in the universe. It can create and remove hallucinations, memories, thoughts and emotions from every mind in the universe. It can also connect the user to every mind in the universe (although, the user would need to be extremely mentally strong in order to withstand the psychic feedback from every mind in the universe). It can make any and all minds in the universe to either forget or remember people, places, faces, etc (and even distort/warp them memory of such things).

The Celestial Sphere of Dimensions / The Dimension Sphere - Controls and can manipulate the aspect of dimensions. It can open and close "portals" into any and every dimension/parallel universe in the multiverse (there is an infinite number of dimensions). It can create or destroy any and every dimension in the multiverse. It can open "windows" into any and every dimension so that the user may view events happening in any other dimension. If used in conjunction with any other Celestial Sphere, it can give that Sphere access and control over its respective aspect in that (and every other) dimension in the multiverse. If used correctly, this sphere can affect every single dimension in the multiverse , simultaneously.

So there you have it, the Celestial Spheres. My only problem is that after doing research, I've come to realise that some may think them a rip off of Marvel's "Infinity Gems/Stones" however, when I was coming up with the idea I did not know of Marvel's similar idea. Do you think I would still be able to use them in my WIP? or am I going to get done for plagiarism? (even though it was unintentional). I mean they are the exact same but they do bear resemblance to the Infinity Gems/Stones...What do you guys think?

Look at zombies, vampires, werewolves, wizards etc etc... they've all been done before but nobody thinks about writing them as plagiarism. I think your spheres are more of a trope than a photocopy.

I'd say write your stuff and don't think about the rest. There're 8 notes in an octave; sooner or later some tunes resemble others.

Yep, what pH said.
I think if you came up with something along the lines of "this little dude gets given a nice little trinket and told to drop it in a volcano then gets into all sorts of trouble along the way" as a storyline - i.e. a re-imagining of an existing famous plot - that might be a worry. But using a McGuffin (plot device) that may bear some resemblance to something from a well-known franchise is, I think, less of a concern. Being truly original is difficult (and no guarantee of success either) and with both Fantasy and SF common themes can be traced along the history of the genres, so I think you'll be fine to use this.

If you're really concerned though, you could ponder it a little and see if you can find one aspect of these orbs that is starkly different to the Infinity Stones, just for peace of mind and all that.

Well there is one aspect about the orbs that differs from the infinity stones/gems and that's this:

The Celestial Sphere of Totality / The Omega Sphere - Controls and can manipulate all aspects of creation when all the other Celestial Spheres are possessed by one user and can only come into existence then and only then. The other Celestial Spheres will disintergrate and they will form this Celestial Sphere. This sphere gives the user control over everything in the universe, everything in every dimension, every parallel world and the multi verse beyond. This Celestial Sphere combines all the other Celestial Spheres and their respective abilities into this one Celestial Sphere. This object is the single most powerful object in all of creation.

Marvel / the infinity stones/gems can't do that can they?
