Can't remember name of film need help

Hey guys and gals. I am going crazy. I saw this movie when I was young maybe late 80's or older about this group of people who are trapped in this bunker or whatever. But the meat of the story is, they keep seeing this fuzzy recording but through the entire movie they can't figure out the message. At the end they realize the message is from themselves and it looped back in time as a warning. Now I know there are plenty of movies about that sort of thing but this one holds a special place in my heart and if I don't watch it again soon I'm going to rip my hair out. Its like some amnesia virus wont let me remember the name of it. Please help
