Hi all,
I am currently working on a story I had in mind. I have written few pages so far. As english is not my first language I find it difficult to word my story sometimes. However I have not given up and try to write it to my best. Is writing collaboration a good option in my case? If yes, where should I start?
Thanks for your time.

Collaboration works great, when it works. I co wrote Liberator, and thats had good reception. But, my co-writer is also a lifelong friend and me know each other extremely well, so it works. I'm not sure you can just start collaborating anywhere but at the very start of a storyboard as you both need to be very comfortable with all of the content.

I do not think I am fluent in that either :)
Also, i do not think i can write a sci fi in my native language and tell my story. Lets just say I talk one language but think in another.

My only experience collaborating went poorly. Make sure your partner in the project has the same work ethic as you and the same vision... otherwise it may lead down an ugly road.

I would also add that you really don't have to worry about flowery descriptions or crafty phrasing. That stuff can be fun, but it really isn't part of the exercise of storytelling. You can just tell your story and gain confidence in the language as you go.
