Apologies if this has already been posted, but just wondering if there's a list or a link to a list of publishers - worldwide or otherwise - who are currently accepting unsolicited manuscripts. Preferably by email submission.

Add Snow Books to that list, and Gollancz did an open subs period earlier this year though how long you have to wait to hear back could possibly be years.
