When I was taking screenwriting in college from Wayne Beach in the early '90s , he gave us a handout that was the classic Disney format for storytelling, told in steps that sounded like a treatment for Dragonslayer or the Sorcerer's Apprentice. Steps with names like "Jouney to the Wizard" or "Vanquish the dragon" or similar. It laid out something similar to Cambell's Hero's Journey, but was even more straightforward and quick to reference.
This was different than the later story structure that Pixar put out. Does anyone have this or know where to find it. I really liked it as a quick reference tool when you're stuck on plot structure.
