Hmm. I found this too convoluted, to the point where it began to feel like a random series of sequences in a brilliantly-produced student film. Ouros didn't come across as believably intelligent, simply amoral, and the ending was far too easy. I was just as incredulous at the idea that Sherlock, renown for his memory, had actually forgotten most of his childhood and had his memories reprogrammed by Mycroft. My family seemed to enjoy it, though.
