Searching for a flower
So we have the "what we are reading" thread but many times there is news or new comics released which is not directly related to what we are reading. So I figured we need a general news thread to help bring attention to new releases, events, conventions, kickstarters etc.....
So without further ado!
1) RAT QUEENS! After a rocky first series they are back! Up right now is a selection of various authors short strips set in the world with the characters. Following this there's a planned season of comics which act as a soft re-set to the series. A bit of a shame as the last series ended with a cliffhanger of an ending; however I think that with its troubled publishing and writing history it might not be a bad thing to let that to rest and to have a restart. Hopefully we get more of the crazy wild stories from before!
The webcomic release is also free so everyone can jump on in!

2) The Autumnlands released a second volume which now goes all the way to the final 14th issue
3) Big news here, Dark Crystal The Power of the Dark Crystal, has begun! An official sequel to the film released this year in its 35th anniversary! A must have for any Dark Crystal fans (I also recommend people check out the prequel Dark Crystal comic series as well)
