Entries are now invited for the March 2017 100 word Anonymous Challenge.
As most of you will know, this is your chance to enter a story of up to 100 words, on the theme and genre chosen by last month’s winner.
The difference between this and the other challenges is that the voting takes place without your peers knowing who wrote each entry.
Instead, entries must be PMed to me, farntfar, and I will post them to the story thread. (Having first checked that they conform to the constraints required: basically 100 words or less, and being family-friendly)
The votes are then cast without anyone knowing who wrote what, allowing you to try new styles or voices that you may not have tried otherwise.
Then comes the guessing game where we each try to guess who the authors of each entry were.
This month theme and genre were chosen by the winner of the February challenge, who’s identity is yet to be revealed.
Theme FEAR
Genre WESTERN.
Closing date for entries is March 26 at 19:59 GMT
Voting will open at the same time and continue for 3 days.
This thread is now open for discussion.
