Where is everybody?
I'm sure some people here are familiar with Reedsy already, but I just found out about it and found it informative, and I think it could be beneficial to others as well.
I just finished up an email course through Reedsy "How To Stop Talking About Writing A Book and Actually Start Doing it" (How to Stop Talking About Writing a Book and Actually Start Doing It).
For someone who's never attempted to write anything other then school papers, I found it very informative. The instructor, Jennie Nash, lays out a very simple set of exercises and steps you can follow to really take any guess work out of how to get started writing.
It comes in the format of 10 daily emails, each about 5-10 minute reads. Each email is basically formatted as:
1. lesson/lecture
2. Exercise
3. Further reading/viewing (usually a link to an Amazon book, or Youtube video).
There are additional courses as well, though I haven' looked into them yet(Browse free publishing courses • Reedsy Learning)
