The most apostrophied word in English is fo'c's'le (forecastle, pron. "fowk-sul").

Surely a more apostrophied word in English would be fo'c's'le's, as in the sentence, "The fo'c's'le's awash with blood."

As this is fo' for fore c'sle for castle
Just offering as an alternate choice.
This is taken from a slang or colloquialism or mash word used by sailors.
fo'c's'le--all those apostrophes are enough to give me apoplexy.
