was World of the Night Wind published under a different title?

Geary Gravel wrote "A Key for the Nonesuch" and a sequel, "Return of the Breakneck Boys (1990)".
in the back of the second book, there is a teaser for the third:

I have looked for this book everywhere. I can't even find an ISBN number for it under the author. does anyone know if it was published?

According to the Internet Science Fiction Database, which is a great resource for this kind of thing, the third book in this series has never come out. The author published a few other books not in the series, but nothing since 1996.

Well I didn't expect to answer my own post on here but I was able to contact the author himself! He said the third book had never been finished, but he is now back at work on the series and will be finishing that book soon. He also is going to release digital copies of books 1 and 2 on Amazon in the near future! Way to go Mr. Gravel!
