(Found) HELP! Looking for Sci Fi short story

[Hank Splendid]

In a nutshell - astronauts land on an planet where they discover aliens that they initially believe aren't moving. They discover that the aliens are moving but at a significantly slower speed than humans. One scene I (hopefully) remember had the astronauts picnicing and enjoying a day in the sun whilst a train of aliens slowly moves around them, barely moving a few metres in the space of a day.

Any ideas???
