So here is my plan to wrestle away some of the control of our books from Amazon.

For the first 4 weeks of any launch, most of our books won't be in KDP. This enables me to sell on the TBP website and offer customers a 33% saving and we still get same revenue as Amazon don't get their 30%

Mobi and Epub avail.
