Wandering Phoenix and Roaming Tiger - Episode 3 out now!

Hey, kids, the third episode (last in the initial run) of Wandering Phoenix and Roaming Tiger is out now.

The first three episodes introduce the protagonist (Liu Shanshan, a young woman with a good heart but a temper like a dragon in a volcano) and her mentor (Guan Shi, part-Buddhist, part Chinese Robin Hood).

The style's fast, action-packed and crammed with impetuous characters and plot twists. Ideal if you're after Saturday morning adventures and high jinx in Ancient China.

It's a lot of fun and the first episode (although much shorter than the next two) is representative of the writing style so it costs nothing to enjoy the free taster and see if it's your cup of tea. Enjoy!

Yes. I've got a sort of side-storyline reasonably well worked out (outline, not chapter-by-chapter) for Ba Renzhong's exile in Ganyang, and the outline for what Wandering Phoenix and Roaming Tiger get up to.

There's going to be at least a bit of a wait because I've got two books planned for the near future, Traitor's Prize and Sir Edric's Kingdom. After that, and also in the long term, I'll be working on Wandering Phoenix and Roaming Tiger. If I can, I'll increase the episode size.
