The exploration of Enceladus' oceans is the feat of space exploration I look forward to the most. Not only does it require rocketry and space travel, but due to the liquid water aspect, my areas of expertise--naval architecture and nuclear engineering! A submarine will be needed to explore the oceans, and a radioisotope heat source for melting through the ice. Mars is great, but to me, exploring the subsurface oceans of those moons (Enceladus is just one) is the real top of the mountain.
