A Challenge from Perp?

Until this weekend this year was shaping up to being an excellent one, especially this second half of it.

And I felt it would be nice to share some of that fortune (metaphorically speaking) around. As all this good year type stuff has kept me away from the Chrons more than I would like, I thought it might be nice to do something here, if possible, depending on what people, and the powers that be think.

A one off writing challenge, set by me, with not one, but two winners. A small prize (not financial), one of the winners chosen by popular vote, 2nd winner from specifics to be revealed if challenge goes ahead.

Okay, I've just about sorted out what I want to do and have it mostly set out. The challenge will be posted in the workshop area of the writers boards (I think that is right).

Just ordered if any mod would like to look through the 'rules' and make sure they are acceptable from an official perspective
