Open Submission - Dieselpunk & Decopunk

I get the regular newsletter from World Weaver Press, a small publisher which has produced some decent work in the past.

One of their Assistant Editors, Rhonda Parrish, has an open submission window in August and September for an anthology she's producing. It's not big pay - $0.01/word - but may be of interest to any who write shorts. Up to 7,500 words. More info here.

As it was part of the WWP newsletter, I imagine it will be published by themselves, but I may be wrong. Good luck to any who submits their work.

Now, that's a subgenre I'd read. Think Saturday Night Fever meets The Company of Wolves, or Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Then again, it might already have been done, in Xanadu !
